Over It.やDowsingのサウンドを「温」、You Blew It!やDikembe(〜1st album)のサウンドを「涼」と雑に分類するとしたら、このアルバムで表現されているのはそれらが混ざりあったもの。"哀しみにくれていてもいいという優しさ"で包み込んでくれるようなサウンドは、内省的でエモーショナルな歌詞をより響かせます。 線が細くトゥインクリーな要素もあるギターが特徴的な1stアルバムやJoie De Vivreとのスプリットのサウンドが好きだった当時のエモリスナーには、もしかしたら驚きをもって迎えられたのかなぁって想像します（当時ちゃんと追ってなかった）が、振り返ってきくと重厚なギターの重なりや曲によってホーンセクションも盛り上がりに加勢するようなサウンドは、バンドのオリジナリティを高めるとともに、バンドへの支持をより強固なものにするアルバムだったんだろうなって感じます。ちなみにバンドは今も現役で2024年にはKingfisherの路線を引き継ぐ新作もリリースしています。 世界観に没頭することで良さを感じられるアルバムってことで、2枚に分かれたLPってのは実用性に欠けるのは明らか。でも、実用性だけでレコードを買ってる方っていないですよね。ちょうどいいことに、入荷した盤は世界で98枚限定のthalassicと呼ばれるカラー。ぜひコレクション棚にすこし分厚いこちらの作品を加えてください。 [Track List] 1.
